Andrew,

I've never done a CA into a 1600 (only a 1200) but the one's that I've seen
in a 1600 appear visually not to have a modified draglink, if memory serves
me right the SR is the only 4 Cyl Nissan engine that has a problem in that
area, the FJ certainly does not.

requires reversing because of the bellhousing for the CA?
