Today I took it down to radiator place who quoted about $30 for a weld or oxy or tig fix can't recall which one. Although the cooler had been used a few months ago it was sitting around a while. I'll feel better that they'll clean it and get oil out etc as it I don't really know it's origin better safe than flying bits going in thru my throttle body and lunching pistons!

My new N13 radiator is looking mighty wide to feed intercooler pipes around, maybe underneath. I have the whole donor car here that it came from but templates from that car don't help much as the previous application was stock radiator + Z18T.

Can intercooler endtanks (alluminium) be repaired easily? There's a
small hole in the tank itself, not on a join or tube - just on the
surface of the curved endtank. IC is older Supra GA70 type from the
1GGTE I believe. Little smaller than I had hoped (got it yesterday) but
reading about pressure drops etc. it sounds about right for my FJ20ET
which is now (non-intercooled) @ 130 rwkw. as it came from another 1600
fitment will be DIY to save me $$$.
