What is your engine's redline, and what terminal speed are you expecting? The 4.1 would give you a top speed of 186km/h (115mph) at 7000rpm, the 3.8 would give you 200km/h (125mph) at 7000rpm. You would need to be going pretty quick to need the 3.8, I think the 4.1 is probably a better choice.
