The short answer to your question is no. Nissan in it's wisdom hasn't had the same dizzy in 510 (1600), 610 (180B), 710, 810(200B) or 910 (Bluebird), and likewise in the B series either (1200, 120Y, Sunny as we know them in Aus). Local content rules assists this process but even Japanese models had different dizzies - eg Hitachi & Mitsubishi.

Bluebird 910 Series 2 - engine is L20B (only Aussie spec had the electronic dizzy - Bosch if I'm not mistaken) and as Mick says you need the coil or a suitable replacement for it to work as it should.
