Mark
i have a VL/VN radiator in my 1200 coupe fits no worrys
my mate had a hi-ace radiator in his 1200 L20b turbo ute, the hi-ace was a
good fit, and did wonders (the stocko L18 rad as soon as he was on boost in
gears it would sit a 100deg, but with the hi-ace it sat just above 80deg,
try and get more area rather than thickness.
ie silvia's are a single core but large area, Kev had a silvia S13 in his
1200 coupe as well,
another thing i have seen is making sure all the air goes through the
radiator, not around, as i found out with my old biccy tin (escort 13yrs
ago)
