It's a build up of a new engine to test some of OSGIKENS new products by one of their design engineers.
He built the engine from old parts in the back of the warehouse over 5 - 6 years .
I did a full (rough) translation of the article and if anyone wants a copy I can supply as a PDF file eith all pics.

Check this out, it has two video's aswell, don't know if it is a new revised engine, or the original, but it is in a 1600
It looks like OS Giken has chosen to show off their totally new custom 4 cylinder twin cam engine at the tokyo auto salon in a 510 :)
