I have
heard of people being banned from driving a car until 2099 on the cop radio,
they just keep getting caught.
IMO,
some roads are reasonably safe to do those sort of speeds, but it's the other
drivers you gotta watch out for. The general public can't handle a car
>110km/h and some can't even handle that.
Best
to pay for "track day" and keep it off the road completely, much cheaper than a
fine.
my cousin lost his licence the other day, adrenaline got the
better of him,
he got busted doing 121k in a 100 zone, thought he could out
run them,
5k's (another cop car was ready for him) down the road was
clocked doing 214k in a 100k zone, on a TRX 850,
he was fined $700 for 40k's over and $450 for no stopping,
the cops drop the speed to 160, as i guess they didn;t want to go to court
(dangerous driving??) and they knew he would still lose his licence for 6
months, and still add 8 points as well
like i keep telling him you can never beat the speed of
radio/UHF's
