Sounds like it is a different design than the one that i have got. The
progression holes is my main concern, they must match up for it to run
correctly. I think it has 32mm Chokes. I'll see if i can get some info
on weber progression hole dimensions.

I have a single Weber 40 DCOE model number 151. It has 30mm chokes,
ram
tubes and butterfly bypass air bleeds, which are adjusted externally
by
screws covered by white plastic caps. I think these are early/mid
'80's
onward design.
I was checking it over last weekend and decided its good and doesn't
need a
rebuild. I was also thinking of buying another weber to match as I
have a
spare twin weber manifold to suit.
What do you know about yours?
Are you in Melbourne area? If so we could put them together and compare
to
decide if they can be matched, and if so, who needs them more as a
pair? I
also have a weber manual which we could use for a reference guide.
