Bored 1 mm, crank ground 0.25 mains and big ends, cleanup of crank thrust faces, new pistons and rings.
Head has new valves, new springs, unleaded (silchrome) seats - Serdi, K-Lines, all head surfaces faced, new timing set, new VRS and base gasket sets, Billet Wade 733 (mild) cam, flywheel faced, new water pump, new clutch,All rotating/reciprocating components balanced. That was being frugal. This Z24 engine is for my D21 Navara. A cheapy rebuild could be $400 - $500 but you get what you pay for.
