You can use either 5/8" rose joints or 3/4" rose joints and sleeve them down to shaft size. The thread section on 5/8 joints is 5/8" (pprox 16mm) and on 3/4' rose joints is 3/4" etc. Use a threaded 4140 threaded sleeve section to weld into the armsand plate over it.
