Hey there, just wondering how people have fitted a 7/8 master cylinder onto the smaller 180B booster to fit in a 1600, as the master i pulled from a c210 skyline will not fit, all the sizes are wrong..... and has the weird caps with the plunger type pin on the lid and the wires coming out of the lid.

I have the hilux 4-spots on my c210 struts, mine have ventilated discs i think off a honda legend of some variety.. You buy the discs as blanks and get them redrilled to suit the Datsun stud pattern.. Other than that this combination simpy bolts up with the addition of a small washer between the caliper and strut to space the caliper correctly over the disc.. Oh and yes they work very well, the only downside with using these calipers is that they are rather heavy, but hey you cant have everything! As for master cylinder you need either a 7/8 or a 15/16.. From what i've heard a 7/8 is the preferred option..
Mark.

Hello there again listers, am just doin a little homework, what would be a
good choice in calipers on C210 struts with the 270mm disks, it has the
singles on it now, and want to change those, and was thinking of using 4
spots or something, just want some really good stopping power..... if i can.
and with these calipers, what master cylinder and what size should i use?
Thanks again everybody.
