Umm, if they are brand new front panels they ought to be in a museum.

You can buy fibreglass and/or aftermarket metal panels for nearly ANYTHING, There are companies out there that produce and sell copy parts, you can usually get in touch with them if you ask a panel shop or wrecker who to buy aftermarket panels from.

Something classic like a 1600 should be in plentiful supply.
And... at the end of the day who cares if you got fibreglass, cheap metal or genuine panels on your 1600, if they're covered in paint and the right shape nobody will notice.

He doesnt even put under coat on.

Dont ask for a price ,, has he will not do it if you ask,,he says if you have to ask how much you carnt aford it.

I got him to remake 2 pair of bottom front guards cost me $50. I asked for 10 pair he said he ant a bloody factory..

There are new rear quarters around - but they are not for sale! And if they were for sale you would be looking at BIG $$$.
You can reapair rear quarters that have the rusty lower area with a rust repair section. Rusted panel around the top lip of the rear guard can be replaced with a section cut from an opposite side front guard (usually available as this area doesnt rust on the front guards).

If its bent elswhere and beyond restoration, you will need to cut a rear quarter off another 1600  (and probably fit a rust repair section to it).
