From your description, you have the genuine 510SSS later model ('70 - '72)
instrument cluster. 2 large dials (speedo and tacho), with small dials, two
each side, for fuel, oil pressure, water temp and clock (optional). An
earlier 510SSS version (67 - 69) had four equal sized large dials.
The one recently on Ebay was a design referred to as a "tacho dash" in
Australia. It was fitted in the in the standard 510 on models sold to
"sports" oriented drivers. The more normal fitting had the second large dial
space filled with a black plastic blank with lights for the hand brake,
ignition and high beam(?), sometimes with a small clock in the centre.
Genuine 510SSS were not sold through dealers in Australia, they had to be
imported from Japan to order - hence the rareity of these dash clusters.

A 510 "tacho dash" is a bit rare in Australia, but they dont cost $US125,
which is about $Aus200, plus postage. This one is a US LHD model dash,
which is the reverse layout to "our" RHD version (tacho is on the left,
speedo on the right).
Really rare 510SSS instrument panels are expensive if you can find one.
The first I have ever seen on Australian Ebay recently sold for $Aus1175.
