I knew you did, yours was just the second mention made recently about server determination being 'random'. With all the recent new user talk demonstrating clear misunderstandings of memcached's role I was concerned that the lack of correctness in the responses may permit said users to draw further bizarre conclusions. Though on that note I find your inability to calculate a straightforward 32bit CRC disappointing. Sigh, the kids today and their high-level languages...
