We've started seeing this warning from the PHP extension a lot over the past few weeks. The only thing we've changed recently is to add a new instance into the mix which we've done several times before and never seen this.
Does anyone know what can cause this message to appear? There doesn't seem to be any pattern to it. Thanks. -Stuart
