  I was thinking -o engine:blah=whatever or something.  It can be
another one, too.

  Most of the -o stuff I've been thinking has been things like ``How
far down the LRU list to look when trying to reclaim an expired
value.''  Setting that to 0 gives you the current behavior, while
setting it to 50 gives you Trond's new behavior -- same for the second
loop (evictions).
