Updated Fedora / EPEL RPMs for memcached on the way

Hi,
I'm upgrading the RPMs for Fedora and EPEL today to memcached 1.2.8

This addresses the CVE-2009-1255 here..

Thankfully these RPMs don't do the typical service restart, so don't  
worry, your cache won't get blown away if you do a yum update.
