I keep hearing about memcached and how great it is. There are also several companies who are completely focusing on it. How big is that market in general? In discussion with a server provider it was mentioned that you would need 2 memcached servers for each 10database servers. I am not sure if this is a good estimate that I should use. Any thoughts??
