I have a question about network and memcached. All servers are in the same hosting location. Are 13 failed requests of 1 560 000 requests per minute acceptable fail ratio or should we expect to have 100% success rate with the tcp protocol?
Memcached 1.2.6, but we have also tried memcached 1.4.0 with same result. Pecl/Memcache 3.0.4 PHP Version 5.2.9 Error: Callback says it's "connection timed out". But increasing the timeout does not help and pecl/memcached says "system error". Running an stresstest with client and server(localhost) on the same machine does not reproduce the error.
