During the set, i put the expire time 48 hours ahead. Also, during
this test, the decrement is happening right after the set (same
connection, probably same memcache thread too).

It seems that this problem occurs only after memcached has been run
for a while (ie a day or so) so i believe i might hit some corruption.
Still totally unsure what's causing it. I'll try to come up with a
working tool to reproduce it in the next couple of days.
