To the best of my understanding, the maximum size of an individual memcached value is equal to POWER_BLOCK bytes (where POWER_BLOCK is defined in slabs.c).
I have the need to store objects of up to 5-10 MB in some rare cases. Is my only option to modify the value of POWER_BLOCK and recompile memcached? Or is there another way to support larger objects? Is there any downside to increasing the value of POWER_BLOCK by that much? Many thanks, Wes
