Error After Install Memcached When extension is added In Php.ini file

Dear Sir/madam,

        I am new to php.i like to develop the wesite using php.
My issue were:
              Apache is Not starting,after adding extension in*
**PHP.IN<http://php.in/>

* file.
            My
     OS:Windows xp
     PHP Version 5.3.2
  Apache Version
              Apache/2.2.17 (Win32) PHP/5.3.2
              Apache API Version 20051115 Server
