Hi Experts, Please bear this question for this time too, will i be able to compile memcache147 succesfully under windows? All my efforts to get it compiled under windows went futile. What i did was, with a full install of msysgit, tried the ./configure, make, make install of lib event. This step produced the libevent liarary in / usr/local/lib. Then a ./configure on memcache dir complained abt libevent not being available. For this as per the instruction i gave ./configure --with- libevent=/usr/local/lib/ but of no use. The configure still says no lib event available and prompts to give the path via with-libevent switch. My build env is win7-64, and trying to build a x86 version of memcached. Am i missing something here? Please help. Thanks in advance,
