Not in the exact same way; 1.4.5 does not timeout and just fails, with the tests continuing. But I just downloaded the latest version via git - commit c460f0e13a35dcec26c71311dae6f31acec79f66 Mon Oct 17, 16:49:50 2011 -0700. Same problem.
