I know memcache is a data cache to Database or API to reduce access to that, my question was too simple and the answer as Henrik say "memcached doesn't use http" solve my question a WebServer with https encrypt only the transfer from client to server and not the information used inside the server, so i can use the information in cache with memcached later and send to client.
