I am also running into similar issue where couple of my keys are misssing. Athough the stats count say it is 360865 I could only found 280600 odd. My slab size is 1Mb .
I am using 1.4.5 . None of the slabs show any OOM error or evictions etc. All my keys have infinite expiry time.
