Dear All, I'm developing a system using memcached 1.4 and I'll release it to the other country (Italy).
Could you please give me, the US Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) of memcached 1.4 ? I understand that there is no ECCN for Open Source software basically. Could you please confirm that ?
