We have observed logged in users are drop off, Our web app stores user session info in the memcache store. Looks like implementation was mixing up difference sets of sessions state for the same user. This issue was exasibated by the user using multiple tabs/browser.
We come to the above conclusion because we switched the state persistence management to a database backed implementation and it worked perfectly fine. I know provided information is not sufficient you guys to identify what went wrong, But would you be able to provide some clue what went wrong / has happend , what configurations we need to look closely or what are the debugging we can do.
