None - the servers don't know/care about each other, and which host
stores which keys is up to the client's hashing mechanism.   If the
clients adjust the hash when they notice a dead host they will miss
some percentage of times and repopulate those values on the remaining
servers.  The larger your pool of servers, the smaller this percentage
will be.  This is just a cache, so you should always be able to obtain
the data from your persistent database on any miss.
