Large pages with a very large {toc} section are likely to be quite
slow. The pages is being parsed more than once during the process of
creating the HTML.
I was planning to restructure it a bit in sections -- I think a page per
answer is overdoing it a bit.
Err, I missread. One page per section would be best IMHO.
