There would be an appropriate episode_set($episode_id, $args) function that invalidated the key passed to it. Sorry, I left out that piece. I'm not too worried about expiring/invalidating the cache with a set call, more about multiget fetches and such. (side note, is there a such thing as a multi-set?)
