Running it out of init isn't a bad idea, but you can't mix that with -
d and expect good results.

The log shows the following:
bind(): Address already in use
failed to listen
I removed the IP address and increased the memory to no avail. Does
anyone
have some insight on how I can correct this respawning issue?
