Every two weeks, users are able to download an excerpt of a novel, a story, or a selection of poems along with an original Yiddish-language lecture about the text. Professor Kalmen Weiser (York University, Toronto) has delivered the Leyenzal's first lecture on Ber Borokhov's influential essay "Di ufgabn fun der yidisher filologye" [The Tasks of Yiddish Philology] (1913), in celebration of the hundredth anniversary of its publication. In January 2014, users will be able to download a series of lectures on Mendele's "Masoes Binyomen hashlishi" [The Travels of Benjamin the Third] delivered by Yitskhok Niborski (Parizer yidish-tsenter).
