The document reflects the multitude of views expressed in different fora and establishes the creation of a Coordination Group and its composition. It also, among other things, calls on the communities represented in the Coordination Group to launch their internal processes to select their representative members no later than 23:59 UTC on 2 July 2014, per the number of seats allocated.
