The Tuesday of every ICANN meeting is called "Constituency Day" where Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees (SO/ACs) organize their open house meetings with the community. This day has something for everyone. If you are an ICANN Accredited Registrar, you can join the Registrar Stakeholder Group <https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-rrsg> starting 12.00 UTC. If you are normal Internet end-user, you can join the meetings of the Non Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC) <https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-ncuc> starting 12.30 UTC. If you are into Intellectual Property, you are encouraged to join the meetings of the Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) <https://buenosaires53.icann.org/en/schedule/tue-ipc> starting 17.00 UTC.
