Friends and Colleagues, The UASG commissioned technology consulting and research firm Analysys Mason to look at the Social, Cultural and Economic benefits of Universal Acceptance. They found material benefits, economic and social, for organizations that update their IT systems to accept all domain names and email addresses. They also found that efforts to implement UA are generally easy to perform.
