Could be worse… I was able to find a SingTel salesperson who quoted me
US$2.6M/month for a 100mbps connection to SingTel's "STIX" which is along the
same lines as EMIX. Then they clarified that that was for the connection, and
there would be surcharges if I routed data over it.
I don't think they were trying to encourage Internet growth. :-)
