Dear Colleague,
Please note that it can take some time for government offices to process
the requests for the letter of invitation and the travel visa. We
strongly advise that you start this process as soon as possible.
To obtain a travel visa for Saudi Arabia, attendees must do the following:
Request a Letter of Invitation:
- Send an email ASAP to [email protected] with a scanned copy
of your passport. Please also state your location (e.g. Brussels,
Belgium) and your job title and company in the email.
- The MENOG Coordination Team will then forward this information to the
meeting host, Mobily. Mobily will submit the application to the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.
- Once the request for an invitation letter is approved, you will
receive notification of this from the MENOG Coordination Team with
instructions on where you can pick up the invitation letter.
You can then take this invitation letter and apply for a travel visa at
your nearest Saudi Arabia consulate.
