hello, http://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Platform_SDK mentions this sdk reqt: Generic x86 CPU
is this solely because practically any x86 desktop is much faster than almost all arms? or is there some pkg contained in the sdk that is x86 only? i do see a hardwired: setarch i386 chroot in https://github.com/lbt/sdk-kickstarter-configs/blob/master/mer-sdk-chroot but no other arch references. i was considering installing ubuntu server 12.04 on a pandaboard-es, & then adding ~mer-sdk-arm (if such existed), assuming this might be more(?) robust for ~native arm packaging/devel than just installing the latest (& constantly evolving) equivalent of : http://sage.kapsi.fi/Mer/images/0.20111120.1.CE.2011.11.20.1/mer-tv-armv7l-pandaboard/ (http://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Community_Workspace) note also, the basic kickstart link given on the wiki is currently invalid: https://build.pub.meego.com/package/files?package=sdk-kickstarter-configs&project=home%3Albt%3Abranches%3AMer%3ATools%3ATesting thanks in advance, dean
