I think this is a page that Mediawiki includes automatically, not one
we have put anything in.

Agreed, which is why we have recently accepted a donation policy, see
http://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Donation_Policy

Mer is as such in terms of infrastructure funding doing OK, though it
would be useful to scale to more to lessen load. We hope/expect that
vendors who is using the project output will contribute back in one
way or the other as well.
