FYI: In order to restrict access to bug reports filed under "IT Private" in https://bugs.merproject.org, I had to move the component and its reports into its own product called "Mer IT Private", as group access restrictions are on a per-product level. This fixes https://bugs.merproject.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18 .
