Sorry, a bit late to give feedback as I only just trying it out.
Generally the Nemo build is looking better and feeling more responsive.
There is a bug with the home screen display when the screen is in
portrait orientation.
What kinds of things would it be helpful to give feedback on?

The 20121018 target release updates the boost libraries which may affect on
layers above Mer. There are some /usr move changes and general bug fixes.
As usual there are many general tidyup changes too.
Please note this release is due very soon - please boot some test images and
provide feedback.
