In that case I'd be willing to help and test it. I've written an algorithm for arranging the Hangul letters into rectangle boxes a long time ago (mid 90's), when it was difficult to get Korean input working on European Windows systems. There's a lot of complexity and rules, but if there's a library like http://code.google.com/p/libhangul/ (assuming that's the one you are reffering to), that makes things a lot easier.
