Hi,
It took a bit longer than expected but here it is again, a new snapshot
of Nemo Mobile for N900/N950/N9/x86/VM. \o/
This snapshot is the first one that is distributed in our new servers
and is also the first one that was build by using zypp backend in image
building. Also new patterns are taken in use which make it much easier
to update the device with new packages in the future. More information
about using new patterns in updating in our wiki [1]. If you notice
anything wrong in infra or in the image please file bugs in out bugzilla
[2] and/or come to discuss to #nemomobile IRC channel at Freenode.
There has been a lot of changes in the Nemo Mobile repositories and also
there has been several Mer releases since the previous snapshot, so
there is a lot of changes. Note that previous images work still and you
can get to the same state by updating old images based on guide at our
wiki [1].
We don't have logs of the exact changes yet available, but those are
currently being worked on. When we get the infra ready for static
repository releases we are going to start releasing the more detailed
logs. This should be done in next couple of weeks.
