Jenny, The from address of an email is just part of the email header. You can put anything you want, [email protected] if you choose. It is bad form to just invent addresses though, and some mail servers will reject your mail or mark it as spam. At least use a domain that resolves to the server you are sending from. If you are still having issues also consider using SMTP.
