 The merb-book is a merb app and you can find merb_babel on my github
account:

My Rubyforge account just got accepted so I'll release the latest version of
the gem over there.

However, you just need to redeploy the app since merb_babel is already
cached:

thor merb:gem:redeploy

merb_babel is used for few reasons, one, to allow translation of the UI and
two, to handle the locales/languages.

I'll spend some time optimizing and reviewing things at the end of this
week. (the TOC generator is kind of messed up and the navigation links don't
behave properly)
