Yes, and you've probably used it already: "merb-gen app"

I've used it to stay current with upgrades more than once.  Use it on
an existing app directory and it'll try to update any generated files
with the newest version.  When it comes across a change to any
generated file, it doesn't just blow away the old one; it gives you
the option to skip, overwrite, diff, etc.

I generally view the diffs to make sure I haven't made any changes in
the file myself, and if I haven't, I let merb-gen do its thing.  (And
if I screw up?  Well, that's why I use git for version control.)
