Since I think some of the Engine Yard folks will be at Mountain West Ruby, what about a hack night on contributions to Rails 3.0 - ie. what developers think are the most critical merges, what the core team thinks can be added, and what everyone can contribute (ie tutorials, ...) to make it successful. Maybe that Thurs nite ?
