Yep, I have it 99% of the way there. Still have some kinks I'm working
out so I haven't committed it. I plan on focusing on it this week and
having a stable patch by Sat.

With the update, you'll be able to specify
dependency "haml", "~> 2.1.0", :source => "http://my.gemserver.com";

Then merb.thor will use this source attribute when it needs to install
the gem.
