Hi Raj, I think you still need to install at least the thor gem on the server. I was told that you need ruby, rubygems and thor on the server when using frozen gems. See my post: http://groups.google.com/group/merb/browse_thread/thread/2494c019d2923cd5/ All you need to know about thor is on the merbivore wiki pages (e.g. http://wiki.merbivore.com/faqs/thor, but not just this link). All I do is run merb:gem:redeploy on the remote server.
